THE ROLE Our client now wishes to appoint an Assistant Case Handler / Case Handler to join the team in Northamptonshire. This busy role will be within the thriving Conveyancing department, assisting with the overall running of a successful and efficient conveyancing service. This is an extremely customer focussed role, which will include assisting with the administration of transactions with all key stakeholders in the process. You will be preparing draft contract packages, all searches, and exchange and completion letters. In a lot of cases you will be dealing with client enquiries and being first source of contact within the team.

THE CANDIDATE To be considered for the role you must be an enthusiastic, pro-active individual with a real drive to produce high quality work. Ideally you will have experience and therefore good knowledge of the full Conveyancing process. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills, a brilliant telephone manner, and be computer literate. You must be flexible, and a team player, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload whilst working on your own initiative. Good academics are a prerequisite.
