Case Handler - Legal

We are currently recruiting for an expanding company who are looking for professional and motivated case handlers to join their business in Cardiff City Centre. The company are set to double in size in the next quarter, so this is a fantastic time to join the business which will offer lots of opportunities for long term career progression.

You will provide an efficient case handling service over the phone, liaising with solicitors, medical professionals and clients, ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.

You must have previous customer service, case handling or claims experience (ideally within an insurance, financial services or legal role), excellent telephone communication skills and be able to provide a professional service to customers to promote a positive company image. Strong administration skills and an organised approach to work are also required and you must have excellent IT skills (MS Office packages)

Responsibilities:

• Taking incoming calls from third parties and making outgoing calls to request information
• Answering questions with regards to customer’s case
• Processing your case load through to completion within a targeted environment
• Ensuring professional levels of customer service
• Accurate data entry, keeping customer records up to date
• Administration including file maintenance, photocopying, scanning and archiving
• Adhering to strict DPA regulations and ensuring high levels of confidentiality

Hours:  37.5 hours per week - shifts between 8am and 7 pm Monday to Friday
