£6.48 to £7.04 per hour plus 30p per mile for mileage.
50p per hour increase for NVQ2 Level 2 in Health and Social Care
20-50 hours per week, Core hours 7am -11am, 4pm -8pm & Weekends

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide care to individuals, usually within their own homes, as part of care in the community. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and aid with meals. You will also ensure that their medication is taken on time and occasionally provide basic health and therapeutic care, but only with guidance and supervision of an appropriate professional.
THE PERSON
You will ideally have experience of care work, however this is not essential as free training is provided. You will be a team player and be able provide personal care with respect, confidentiality and within our principles of care. You will be a flexible and positive individual with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
