Next Generation Healthcare is currently recruiting a Local Operations Manager for our Wrexham operation.
We have been supporting children, adults, adolescents and older people to live as independently as possible for almost 20 years. We are continuing to expand our range of services and locations and have now moved into Wrexham.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations within a Domiciliary care provider including;
- Rota co-ordination
- Staff management
- Needs assessments
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring safeguarding
- Producing Management reporting information
- Maintaining Policies and Procedures
- Maintaining Legal and regulatory compliance
- Maintaining staff levels and recruitment
Although we provide support to those with Mental Health conditions, Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries, we are looking for someone with particular experience in an older person specific area.
In terms of personal specification, we are looking for someone who
- Can Lead by example and is willing to cover shifts where necessary
- Has excellent oral and written communications skills
- Can help grow the business by managing efficiently, winning new business and reaching targets
- Is an excellent organizer with good task management and prioritisation skills
- Can follow written and verbal instructions
- Is fully focused, self motivated and highly flexible
- Can show empathy, has a warm personality and can build rapport with customers, staff, senior management and contracts teams
- Is excellent with technology including email, spreadsheets, word documents and rota coordination software
- Has a suitable qualification in health or Social care?
