An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager with a rapidly expanding Care Service provider, in Eastbourne & Wealden.
The successful candidate will be suitably experienced and qualified in the provision of care services to the public and private sector.
The successful applicant is required to hold or be working towards their NVQ4 and/or RMA/LMCS in health and social care, with a proven track record in working within a professional dedicated team. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining the substantial development of the business and ensuring its success by adhering to the highest standards that Caremark provides.
You will be responsible for leading and building the team, setting targets & objectives as well as playing a pivotal role in its development, whilst being part of ambitious growth plans.
You will require strong interpersonal and organisational skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.
