My client, a well known and established Car Dealership based in the North, is looking to recruit a Car Sales Manager for their site in the West Midlands.
As a Car Sales Manager, your role will be to manage and develop an existing Sales team to ensure maximum profitability, best practise and that each customer is served to meet their exact requirements. You will train, motivate and discipline employees, working closely with the General Manager to ensure that the site run to its maximum potential.
To dealership deals with both New and Used units, so experience in the sale of both would be highly beneficial. You will be from a Car Sales Management background and be seeking a role which offers genuinely high earning potential.
