Corporate Actions Administrator (Capital Gains Tax) London, up to £40k
Our client a Private bank are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Actions administrator who has specifically dealt with and understands rules and regulations around Capital Gains tax. To be considered for this role you will need to have proven Custody experience which should include UK and international free of payment transfers, residual transfers and certificated stock transfers covering bonds, equities and unit trusts.
You will need to have knowledge of ISA rules and capital gains tax and experience along with previous experience of ISA processing.
Key responsibilities
Free transfers of securities in/out of client portfolios
De materialisation of shares into nominee accounts
Re materialisation of shares.
