A leading automotive recruitment consultancy, based in South Croydon and working with some of the world's leading passenger car brands, from Audi to Bentley, BMW to Rolls-Royce and Mercedes-Benz to Ferrari and McLaren.
We are currently looking to appoint a Candidate Relationship Manager. This role is an essential part of our international recruitment division, focusing on the sourcing, assessment and interviewing of candidates for varied positions across multiple locations in the Middle East and Asia.
The Role
- A highly visible role, proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
- Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, social media, headhunting, targeted search, complex internet searches, and research
- Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and referrals
- Partner with our UK division's recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process according to deadlines
- Act as a search expert for a functional area by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements and proactively investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, technical knowledge and basic qualifications
- An integral part of the interviewing and selection cycle, and will have extensive experience sourcing and hiring candidates.
Who we're looking for
- Graduate calibre individual with excellent organisational skills
- Ideally, you will have a passion for culture, cars and interacting with people at a senior level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and 8, plus databases and Boolean search experience
- You must be delivery focused and genuinely enjoy interacting and interviewing a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.
- Previous sales, administration, marketing, recruitment or resourcing experience preferred
- A high degree of creativity and attention to detail
- Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting candidates across multiple functions
- Experience of traditional as well as e-resourcing and social methods of attracting and sourcing staff
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines
What's on offer?
- Base salary £22,000 - £26,000 per annum
- Quarterly bonus, private healthcare (after qualifying period).
