Our client, a fast growing Direct Response Media Agency based in London, is looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Media Graduate to work as a Press Executive.

The role:
The Press Executive will be supporting Press Managers in this increasingly busy team.
The role will primarily be assisting both the managers and creative team to:
Book / negotiate media
Collate information in order to put together candidate media and schedules
Assist with general administration duties attached to day-to-day running of bookings / accounts / creative
Maintain (and look to improve) internal processes
Evaluate clients' schedules / results
The candidate:
You will need to be truly passionate about starting a career in Media, with an interest in Direct Response Advertising.
You will be keen to impress and willing to take on new challenges.
Attention to detail and being highly organised are both essential requirements in this fast paced, busy environment. You must also be able to work on your own initiative.
Good PC skills - in particular Excel. (Experience with media booking system/s an advantage).
Confidence with dealing with clients and media owners at all levels both over the phone and face to face.
Ideal experience required:
Looking for a Media Graduate, keen to progress into Direct Response Advertising
If you have experience, you will ideally come from an agency (or possibly media owner/sales background), you will have 1 - 2 years in a press buying environment
Experience/knowledge of direct response advertising an advantage but not essential
