A superb opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Operations Manager to join our client, a well established and successful company providing debt solution services. They help consumers reclaim any monies due as a result of being inappropriately sold financial products.

As the Call Centre Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our client's call centre operations. Delivering new business for all existing products and supporting the development of new products and services, you will drive an effective and cost-efficient operation in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Whilst predominantly based in our client's Exeter office, you will be required to travel to the Torquay office once a week, at the most.

With confidence and efficiency, you will:

- Drive the implementation of the overall corporate business strategy relating to call centre operations
- Ensuring overall effective management of the call centres, including recruitment, training and delivering sales targets
- Collaborating with other business functions to develop effective end-to-end operational processes
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service across all call centre sites
- Owning the call centre operations systems and tools

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Demonstrable experience as a call centre manager in a fast-growing inbound and outbound sales environment, including proven sales success
- A proven track record of delivering high standards of customer service and business performance, including maximising new business opportunities in line with an annual business plan
- Extensive knowledge of call centre systems and processes
- Effective people management skills, including resource planning, recruitment, coaching and mentoring

Commercially minded, as a Call Centre Operations Manager, you'll be professional with the ability to inspire others and interpret visions and translate them into operational reality. Highly organised, you'll have good time management skills, plenty of self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative.
