C#, .NET, XML, SOA, SQL Lead Developer

Lead Software Engineer or Developer required with experience of developing in C# for .NET, Javascript, XML, AJAX to lead a small team to maintain, enhance and improve the web services of a profitable complex application aimed at the b2b marketplace. You will act as Head of Development using your skill and experience of .Net framework, C# to further enhance an excellent application used by professional service users throughout the UK and the rest of the world. New markets and applications are constantly being identified which you will be heavily involved with to establish how the system and applications can evolve to cope with future demand and growth. The successful candidate will have a solid track record of software engineering leadership particularly in the area of .NET deployments and web services as well as a demonstrated ability to be highly adaptive and act as a source of direction and confidence for both senior management and the development team.
