You will be competent and highly regarded individual who has experience developing projects in a range of scenarios for current clients.
Experience:
- C# and/or VB .Net and the .Net environment.
- Advanced OOP concepts, Design Patterns, Enterprise library and Software Engineering best practices.
- You will be prepared to work on the client's site and work on a variety of projects of varying scale for that client.
- Mentoring junior developers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent subject
- Client-facing communication experience
Understanding:
- Multithreaded applications and .Net framework internals
- Relational Databases MSSQL (queries, design and normalisation)
- Unit Testing and mock objects
- Source control systems (Subversion)
Personality:
- A desire to relentlessly strive to obtain excellence
- A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
- High attention to detail and exceptional technical knowledge.
