This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced buyer to a join an innovative and dynamic telecommunications organisation.

 Experience within Telecommunication is essential.

 You will be required to develop and manage a portfolio of products, from third party companies who can offer a variety of services and applications to SME businesses in the UK: this includes every type of business solution and application: mobile phone applications, finance applications, hosted solutions, insurance products, data recovery, and business software.
 
This role is not for the faint hearted and the experienced buyer that is successful will not only have a firm stepping stone for a successful career but will be an important linchpin in the success of the business. You will receive internal ongoing support and training throughout.
 
Skills required

• Educated to a high level - ideally with an MBA however consideration given to equivalent qualifications.  
• Ideally seeking a high level graduate who is interested in the telecommunication/ IT sector and who has a enthusiasm to keep up with technology
• Experience in range planning buying
• High commercial awareness with a natural talent to drive sales and margin
• High level of communication ability to influence at all levels and be prepared to engage potential suppliers to work with ATUK
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels
• Ability to demonstrate personal and professional integrity
• As this position involves significant time on the road visiting potential customers and supplier you will require a driving license and a willingness to travel - there is a monthly car allowance on top of the basic salary.
