They are looking for a Buyer to provide a high level of electronic commodity buying expertise to the existing and new product development teams. They need someone who can source product from drawings and specifications as well as obsolete parts in some instances.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a proven and knowledgeable technical background in electronics with strong technical purchasing skills (particularly negotiation and contract skills). Willingness to travel is essential as is a full clean driving licence to fulfil the objectives of the role.
A Degree/HND in a Business / Technology specialism or a qualification in Purchasing (MCIPS)
