Business Systems Analyst

Our client is a leading and established insurance company is actively recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst.

• Development of efficient business processes to take advantage of system functionality
• Configuration of the system to support the processing of business
• Managing batch processes, including EDI and MID and dealing with exceptions
• Management of change control ensuring problems and requests are properly understood, prioritised and resolved
• Primary point of contact for internal business areas and relevant third parties on matters affecting operation of the system
• Management and testing of system & rating engine updates, liaising with business users and third parties to ensure integrity of the system
• Maintenance of  internal insuring documentation, user profiles and workflow
• Maintenance of agency records at point of Sale and internally           
• Management of point of sale documentation
• Supporting product developments including EDI
