Hours: Full Time 36hrs Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm

vigorously defending its core business and growing new market opportunities.
We are looking for self-driven, highly motivated individuals to be office
based advisors within a Business Sales Call Centre environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to deal efficiently and effectively
with outgoing calls about BT's products and services. You will require the
ability to proactively question SME customers to understand their business
needs and effectively match BT's business solutions in broadband, mobility and
calls and lines there by delivering growth in BT's revenue and defending it's
customer base whilst maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and quality as a
top priority.
The role requires a highly self-motivated, ambitious, target-driven person
who is also self managed, flexible and with an excellent telephone manner.
The successful applicant will need sales experience and familiarity within a
business sales environment is preferable.
