Job Title - Business Performance Manager Germany & Austria

Location- Germany

Salary - 70,000 Euros per annum/ £59,663 per annum

A leading airline company are currently recruiting for a Business Performance Manager to be responsible for the utilisation of resources ensuring full and effective sales administrative support is delivered in a timely manner and developing sales management processes.

Co-ordination of systems maintenance, analysis of sale performance, and project work.

Lead all cross functional projects and route tactical activity affecting the market and be the key interface with Head Office and major trade bodies. Contributes to sales strategy and revenue target.

Determine the fare strategy and ensure an optimized distribution.

Manage, implement and evaluate cast/time effective sales processes across the department

Ensures robust internal and external communication processes

Manage and co-ordinate systems development

Accountable for the successful management of central databases and information sources

Establish appropriate fare strategy for the area Ensure on time pricing distribution to the market Manage staff resource to meet commercial needs.

Research and report other airline activities (Evaluate Company market share, traffic movements to/from the stations. Identify areas of concern and instigate remedial actions)

Liaise with marketing department to obtain support and ensure that the promotional campaigns fit with the best selling period.

Prepare and negotiate the revenue budget for the countries assigned

Implement the revenue budget for the area & main coordinator with the regional and head- offices.

Implement an adapted fare structure in order to meet the budget.

Supply all analysis to allow the understanding of the markets & optimisation of CM and Sales revenue.

Determine the fare strategy and its implementation.

Set up the annual business plan. Collect and synthesize other department's information and ensure consistency.

Prepare revenue survey for potential new routes.

Prepare all types of reports for regional and head offices.

Efficiently manage a team of several members from the sales department.

Delivers timely management information and hosts' individual management processes in a single, interactive, and collaborative workspace.

The ideal candidate will have:

Essential

- Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent

- Tourism Degree/Business Degree

- Leadership and interpersonal skills

- Excellent relationship building skills

- Proven commercial skills and business acumen

- Management/Coaching skills

- Good network and knowledge of travel industry Influencing and negotiation skills

- Decision making and problem solving skills

- Strong interpersonal and team working skills

- Highly organized-proactive and flexible

- Essential- Computer literate ( MS office packages) Knowledge of AMADEUS Desirable- Knowledge of

Preferred

- Knowledge in Sales I Business development. lATA training courses

- Specialist- minimum 5 years of job-related experience required

- 5 or more years Airline Sales experience in a developed market environment

- Commercial acumen. Able to spot and interpret market trends

- Track record of implementing change

- Track record of revenue delivery

- Proven team leadership
