Performance Manager - eCommerce, Switzerland

Great job opportunity in Switzerland, working closely with the Chief of Staff for Europe, at global organisation providing connected commerce.In this role you will collaborate with and support senior management in their undertakings to meet business goals consistently in an effective and efficient manner, by helping to define strategy, suggesting solutions to challenges and analysing M+A opportunities plus more.

To be successful in this job requires a combination of skills:

•Advanced PowerPoint

•Fluent English and the right to live and work in Switzerland

•Proficient in oral and written communication, collaboration in a team environment, capability to work quite freely, awareness of organisational needs and ability to develop warm client relationships

•Assisting in defining the strategic course for Europe

•Providing ad hoc support to the EU leadership team

•Capability to generate and share SWOT analysis to help influence strategic decision making

•Ideally 1 - 2 years post MBA experience with a strategy management consultancy

•Preferably with corporate M&A experience or within a consumer or online business

•Analysis and project management skills

•Collaborative work style, good listening earand trustworthiness(sharing very sensitive, executive level company information)

•Some international travel will be required (around 15%)

Salary:CHF 150,000 - 170,000 + excellent benefits
