THE ROLE:

In this exciting once in a lifetime opportunity you will be the right hand person to the Chief of Staff for Europe for this global online organisation to support the Head of Europe.

• You will extract information on current senior management strategy from senior Management.
• Help them define that strategy, solve problems and analyse M+A opportunities
• Design and build presentations and content for the executive board.
• Generate and share market insights and competitive threats and opportunities that drive strategic decisions
• You will help set the strategic course for Europe as well as provide ad hoc support to the EU leadership team
• The exposure to executive level management affords this role very high visibility and will provide a progressive career opportunity which is unrivalled in this space and has historically led to senior manager appointments for an outstanding performer.
• The role will afford you to work quite autonomously and influence senior management.
• You will be party to very sensitive, executive level company information so 100% trustworthiness is paramount along with a collaborative work style and a good listening ear.

The person

• You will typically have 1 to 2 years post MBA experience with a top tier management consultancy, ideally with corporate M&A experience or experience within a consumer or online business coupled with exceptional analysis and project management skills.
• High energy, desire to succeed and able to build strong relationships at senior / executive level and cross functionally.
• Strong presentation skills are a must and advanced Powerpoint is essential.
• Fluent English and the right to live and work in Switzerland also essential.
• Some business travel on a global basis will be required (around 15%)
