Are you an Exceptionally Talented Business Manager come extraordinaire?
We require a very special Business Manager with flair, outstanding interpersonal skills plus an added sprinkle of those very magic ingredients - empathy, charisma and passion!
It is essential that you will be able to provide evidence of achievement in a fast moving customer centric sales environment (recruitment of course would be perfect!) along with experience of managing a team.
This is a new and very significant post to us and to truly succeed you will be required to roll your sleeves up and lead your office based team from the front and win the hearts and minds of our jobseekers, temporary workers and highly valued clients.
Your priority will be to implement sales and customer service procedures to achieve increased sales growth and development of the business through client retention and new business acquisition.
Whilst driven to exceed sales targets and expectations (over achievement will be greatly appreciated!) you will never lose sight of the needs of the client or your team. Our fantastic reputation has been built on this ethos and there is no opting out of striving to over- deliver on our promises and go the extra mile for our clients.
Key tasks include:
- Chairing daily, weekly and monthly sales and service meetings with team and individuals
- Set clear and measurable objectives and targets
- Tele sales calls and client meetings (very important and very regularly!)
- Effectively manage and increase the profitability of the business under the close direction of the MD and owner
- Manage invoice processes and cash flow
- 13 week client reviews
- Presentations to clients
- Submissions of well prepared and detailed tenders
- Sharing performance results
- Make permanent placements and fill temporary assignments alongside your colleagues
