Business Manager

Our client, a large volume franchise is looking for an experienced Business Manager .The ideal applicant would be a candidate with sales experience who has worked up from selling cars to being a proven Business Manager. The candidate needs to be ambitious and willing to learn to grow into a bigger role in the future. They would need to have the presence to manage the team in the absence of the Sales Manager and operate in a target driven environment whilst maintaining the customer friendly approach the branch has adopted.In addition to this, the candidate will need to have the drive to make a deal happen whilst managing the sales process in a way to ensure maximum profit on a deal by deal basis whilst appreciating the need for customer retention for both the sales department and the branch as a whole
