Business Manager - Automotive Finance Sales - Cardiff

Due to continued growth, CarShop is looking to recruit Business Managers.

As a Business Manager you will be responsible for:

• Delivering personal achievement of F & I income and associated product offerings as per the monthly budgeted and key performance indicators.
• Ensuring achievement of your personal targets as set by your line manager.
• Selling financial packages, car insurance and warranty packages ensuring that monthly profit levels are achieved.
• To focus business delivery to preferred suppliers to enhance volume bonus potential.

To be successful as a Business Manager you

• Should be outgoing, professional and articulate.
• Will ideally have Business Management experience or be familiar with working in a professional and planned automotive Sales environment.
• Will possess Leadership and motivation skills
• Have the ability to work on a team basis with your peer group across all other functions across the business.
• Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
