The role will be based in Glasgow and encompass working in a fast paced environment, and looking after a diverse portfolio of approximately 30 to 35 sites across your Business region.

It requires previous exposure and understanding of the tenanted market of public houses management, and developing these properties in line with the companies vision and values, and P/L expectations of delivery.

This will require the ideal candidate to be very focused on business levels, competitors, trends, products on the market, and people management. You will in directly manage a broad team, and these will require clear communications, coaching, and developing and fostering productive working relationships to enhance the companies stature in the marketplace and increase volume, revenue and profitability without impacting on quality service delivery.

It is not a role for the faint hearted, and would suit a professional who likes to have more than one thing on the go at any given time. - Full understanding and experience at managing budgets, P/L delivery and revenue yields.

- Entrepreneurial flair, and proven business development record.

- Experience at driving profitability, and diverse revenue streams.

- People person, and passionate about the Industry.

- Flexible, and effective Time manager.

- Great organisational, and negotiation skills.
