Business Development Manager

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to develop the areas of Leeds, Manchester and North Yorkshire
The ideal candidate must be capable of generating sales and closing sales in the Electrical, Mechanical & Air conditioning field including small Building Services such as the Maintenance of Commercial & Industrial Buildings.

Due to the specialist nature of this role the successful candidate will be experienced in the works of M&E and have strong business development skills. You will also have experience of specification sales ideally having sold through M&E agents and into main contractors. Successful candidates must have the following skills

* Have a proven track record in Construction Specification sales
* Previous experience within the M&E market
* Be proactive in their mentality and be comfortable working in an autonomous role
* Be comfortable presenting to Agents and main contractors

Candidates must be flexible and prepared to travel on a daily basis, you will work from home and be provided with a laptop, phone, vehicle etc. but will travel to appointment?s and report to the Head office in County Durham on a Monday and a Friday.
