Essex based business a re looking for a Business development Manager to join their Relay department.
Job Description
This is a BDM role where you will be responsible for managing the internal relay Department Sales Team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the budget is agreed and that the department achieves its budgeted sales target and margins.
The successful candidate for the role will have previously worked as a manger implementing KPI's and sales target for each sales person and ensuring these are achieved through sales progress, performance and development.
Person Specification
You will liaise closely with other sales departments to ensure that th company wide goals are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have industry specific knowledge and have previously worked in the sales of Relays.
