Business Development Manager

We are UK-based fast growing chain of retail convenience stores operating in and around Bristol and London. We are looking for a vibrant, dynamic and well networked Business Development Manager to join our growing team and to work towards further expansion of our business.

 Roles & responsibilities

 Develop and implement systems to receive and record customer feedback and analyse findings to achieve high customer satisfaction.

• Liaise with staff to create and maintain customer friendly ambience
• Recruitment and training of staff
• Implement new sales strategies to increase growth and develop the business
• Keep track of sales and provide regular feedback to management regarding new development
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to the business to get the most profitable and clear terms
• Deal with Government Regulatory agencies related to the business and maintain documentations
• Design and control merchandising and promotional activities at all branch.

 Working Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 p.a. negotiable
