Duration: 12 month contract with a definite extension period.
This is a minimum one year contract with the view to the post potentially going permanent.
The total salary is a basic plus a 20% bonus paid at the end of the 12 month period.
The emphasis of this role is based on business development, a consultative sell, to GP's and Healthcare organisations, selling the concept of the 24/7 call centre, established to look after the interests of vunerable adults in their homes.
Do you hold a senior management position in a local council, local goverment, charity or NHS environment or similar? If so this opportunity is worth considering.
However this is not a pre-requisite, and I am looking for a individuals with strong business development with ideally some project management skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join this highly successful healthcare company, who are launching a new aspect of their business, and require a determined and enthusiastic professional to take the lead for the strategic development, implementation, delivery and promotion of a brand new Monitoring Centre and Mobile response service in Wiltshire.

Experience & Knowledge Required
You must have a proven track record as a senior manager with experience of :

Leading and Managing organisational change

Desirable attributes include:
Prince " practitioner certificate/other formal project management training.
Understand and communicate the benefits of assistive technology with a knowledge of the Telecare market.
Hold a senior management position in a local council or NHS environment
Experience & knowledge

As part of the process you will identify business opportunities and foster partnerships to advance the position of the company within the market of assistive technology .
Communications
You will build and develop relationships with Wiltshire Council, the private and voluntary sector, GP commissioners, The NHS Trusts , Clinical Commissioning Groups, Voluntary and independent sector organisations the public, customers and carers, equipment providers, domiciliary care providers in Wiltshire.

You will provide operational leadership to the response centre and the mobile response service.
