Business Development Manager - Onsite recruitment

My client is a market leading provider of high calibre permanent and contract staff across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. With offices in Dubai, Qatar, India, Poland and the UK. Due to continued growth, having won a number of large contracts, they have a requirement for a business development manager with previous experience of selling on site services.

As a leading RPO company, my client has a reputation for winning large contracts and placing recruiters into onsite roles with their clients.

As a business development manager your responsibility will be to sell the on-site service to a variety of companies from SME's to large multinational corporations. This is largely a HOME BASED and FIELD BASED role with a number of days spent out of the office visiting clients. Living in proximity to one of the regional offices is advantageous as you will be required to be in the office on occasions - regional offices are located in the South west, Liverpool and South Wales.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in selling on-site recruitment solutions
• Strong sales background 3 years+
• Be a self starter and have self motivation 
• Understanding of RPO and on site solutions

Remuneration:

• Basic salary up to between 35 - 50k dependent on experience
• OTE of between 60-90k
• Full benefits package
