Business Development Manager (Leads provided)

The Group

Our Client manufactures and supplies a comprehensive suite of office equipment.

The Group prides itself on its ability to offer advanced solutions that are innovatory and cost effective to the business community.

They have been trading in the UK for over 20 years and are currently entering a stage of controlled expansion aimed at increasing its rapidly expanding market share.

Objective :

Based from the National Sales Centre in Essex/Herts border

You will take ownership of a base group of existing clients

To achieve the soft target set for the training period (Quarter 1)

Role/Duties:

1.To achieve the targets as set out in the business plan thereafter.

2.To achieve the daily/weekly/monthly target calls as set.

3.To contact clients on the database to sell

additional products and services.

4.To contact potential customers on a non user database to sell products.

Training + Development

Ongoing Personal Development and Sales Training will be provided.

Continuous updates of Product Training will be provided.

The training programme is being assessed for Endorsement and Accreditation by the ISMM and

national skills council.

The Candidate Specification

The ideal candidate will possess an excellent telephone manner.

You will have a proven track record of effective telephone client contact and a track record of business development

You will be a pro-active person preferably with experience of operating within a highly

pressurised and deadline driven environment.

You will be looking for a challenging role where your ability to provide a high quality

customer service will be the key to your success.

The Package

£16k-£20k ote £32k (Salary negotiable)

Commission is uncapped.

The annual leave entitlement is 24 days. (Rising to 25 days after one year of service)

There is a birthday recovery day entitlement.
