Penguin Recruitment is currently recruiting for 3x Business Development Managers to join one of the leading IT Systems Integrators specialising in IT Networks, Networking Monitoring and Performance Tools, Security Solutions, Managed Services, Professional Services and Project Management Services. Role & Responsibilities
The Business Development Managers are being sought to lead the drive of new business specifically targeting the Large Corporate and Public Sector markets to source new clients and develop in to full fruition. Business Development Managers will be offered complete autonomy within their role to work internally, externally or remotely to achieve the desired results, and be responsible for working an end-to-end sales role from prospect and close to account development and retention.
It will be expected that candidates will have some potential or prospective business they can port across to a new employer (not essential) and have a successful background of consistently closing business between £450k-£600k Gross Profit per annum as well as selling to clients of 500-50000 users.

Candidate Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience working for an IT Reseller, Systems Integrator or Vendor selling IT Solutions (Products, Managed Services and Professional Services)
Proven track record of working generating £450k-£600k GP Level
Proven track record of new business wins within the Large Corporate and Public Sector arenas
Ability to work office-based as well as externally
Commutable distance to Woking (50 miles)
