Business Development Executive - Recruitment
Are you an experienced Technical/Engineer recruitment consultant who is looking to progress beyond running a desk and feels a role focused more on business development would be an exciting and challenging opportunity?
With significant expansion plans for 2012 an excellent opportunity has arisen to work with one of the UK’s leading technical and engineering recruitment consultancies. You will be responsible for identifying and maximising recruitment opportunities within the Automotive; Aerospace and Defence sectors. You are likely to already be in a similar role within recruitment and looking to join a progressive forward thinking recruitment agency, or a blue/white collar contract recruiter with aspirations of moving away from managing a desk to a business development role. You will be a confident and articulate individual who is able to converse at all levels with the ability to engage with key decision makers about future recruitment projects and you will be supported by a successful team who can deliver against the work you generate.
In return on offer is a basic salary to £30k, uncapped commission structure, company car/allowance, laptop, mobile and much more.
