They are urgently recruiting Business Development Director to formulate business strategies and execute key account development program to further expand the company's portfolio and enhance their competitive position in the market.
Job Description
For this position you will be conducting acquisition of development sites and investment properties in PRC. You will be responsible for the acquisition and disposal of development sites and investment properties, identified and recommended investment opportunities in real estate to CEO and members of the Board. You are also required to conduct acquisition of development sites and investment properties in PRC and analyze real estate and property financial instruments. Solid real estate master planning, development, financial analysis and investment appraisal experiences, in the role of buyer or seller and investor or developer is required.
To be a successful candidate, you must hold a degree in Real Estate, or other related disciplines with at least 15 years’ experiences in the real estate industry. PRC commercial or residential project experience is a must.
