Reporting to the Managing Director, you will demonstrate the capacity to develop and manage strong commercial relationships with key international and domestic contacts. You will be a proven business developer with the acumen to identify commercial opportunities within the offices and business space sector and the drive to deliver results. You will have a comprehensive understanding of commercial property from both a landlord and occupier perspective, including key international corporations, and be capable of satisfying each group’s needs.
You will be a strong leader of people who is capable of managing a team to meet and exceed performance objectives. This role will suit a self-starter who flourishes in an autonomous environment with a strong commercial ethos and results orientation.
