I'm seeking an experienced Sales Director / Business Development Director to join a leading global manufacturer and supplier of speciality products, fittings and components to a wide range of markets including Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial 1st tier/ 2nd tier / OEM's.
The Role
* Reporting to the UK Managing Director you will be responsible for all new business development, identifying new market sectors across a wide variety of UK manufacturing sectors.
* Managing, developing and motivating an experienced team, ensuring the retention of existing customers whilst delivering profitable new business growth.
The Candidate
* Ideally degree educated with experience of strategic business development dealing within automotive, aerospace, industrial OEM's.
* A commercial all-rounder with a proven record of profitable sales and business development in an ever changing market.
