Job Role: Business Development Consultant 

Location: Leatherhead

Salary: £35K / Performance Related Bonus

Job Description

Our client is the leader in their industry and is part of a £2 billion turnover business. Due to growth in the company they are now looking for Business Development Consultant to work closely with the Business Development Manager, and help grow their business across the south west of England.

Key responsibilities

  • Your focus will be contribute to the BID and business development plans of the business development team.
  • You will be tasked with writing, reviewing and developed BID content, solutions and bespoke proposals.  
  • You will be tasked with identifying and qualifying new sales and BID opportunities
  • You will be responsible for producing business cases
  • Due to the nature of the bids, you will be tasked with working with a project management style.

To be successful in this role, you will come with;

  • Experience of business development activity
  • Knowledge of the educational or public sector market
  • Experience of project management
  • Experience of developing proposals for clients
