My Reading based client has an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst with NHS experience.
As a Business Analyst you must have Healthcare sector experience (NHS, PCT, Hospitals, etc).
As a Business Analyst you will be working with the business to understand their requirements and suggest business process improvements and have a technical background
As a Business Analyst You are required to have a background in working with NHS systems
Key Skills:
* Strong BA with prior experience of working for Healthcare organisations, for example NHS, PCT, hospitals, etc.
* Analysis and review of requirements.
* Creating a mapping sheet with input parameters and filter conditions.
* Leading the gathering and prioritisation of business requirements based upon business and user needs and technology capabilities.
* Business Case creation and development.
* Facilitate meetings, working sessions and workshops.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
