An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this forward thinking business in a newly created role as Business Analyst. This position will see you taking the lead during a period of change and will suit someone who can work closely with an ambitious and well respected management team. This is a 12 month contract to start in January 2012 to cover maternity leave.
The role of Business Analyst will report into the Finance Manager and will focus on the development and analysis of KPI`s and Management Information to improve financial management of the teams, develop the business and improve overall performance and profitability. The role will involve liaising with non-finance Managers to obtain Management information for analysis and reporting. You will also be responsible for developing financial models to improve profitability.
Suitable candidates will have extensive experience within management information and analysis and will have worked in an analytical role in both finance and the wider business. As this role involves analysis and reporting of Management Information strong IT skills including Excel are a prerequisite. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate advanced MS Access skills.
Candidates must have a proven track record in working effectively with non-finance managers and attending executive meetings. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. This is a high profile role which will provide an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual. The business is growing and for the right individual a permanent position with be obtained within the company.
