Business Analyst- New position, Global business, Defining growth

Working for a Management Consulting firm at their offices in Hertfordshire- close to M25, M1 and A41.

This business is one of the world’s leading negotiation specialists, providing coaching in the behaviours, skills and processes for successful negotiation as well as consultancy services in over 12 different languages.

Growing at 40% year on year, through its quick response to demand and dynamic attitude towards innovation, the company has opened offices in London, Germany, New York, Toronto, Sydney, and Hong Kong, to service demand from their global, blue chip client base.

Due to growth, a new position has become available to support the senior leadership team, primarily sponsored by CEO to review and analyse past projects and strategise potential projects from everything from analysing marketing campaigns, reviewing internal processes, doing competitor analysis, putting together various scenarios for business propositions based on quantitative data, making recommendations and suggestions on joint venture opportunities.

This role will see you engage with every level of the business, so strong stakeholder management skills coupled with being a good communicator are essential.

You will have a natural aptitude and interest in analysing statistics with a proven track record of taking business requirements, developing key stakeholder relationships at partner level, assessing needs, creating reporting specific to those requirements and helping to substantiate business cases.

Salary is reflective of experience and has an additional 15% bonus.
