A Business Analyst with recent financial services experience is required for a market-leading financial company based in the Thames Valley area due to continued expansion and demand for their service. They are looking for a Business Analyst with strong financial expertise, excellent client-facing and communication skills, and solid experience as a Business Analyst in a project environment.

As the Business Analyst you will be involved in typical Project BA activities which will include requirements gathering, documenting and reporting on operational improvements with stakeholders and managing these relationships, and liaising with developers to produce technical specifications. However, there may be objections to this project so you'll need to be resilient, tenacious and able to overcome objections,

The successful Business Analyst will have the following:

• At least five years solid experience as a Business Analyst in a project environment;
• Recent Financial Services expertise;
• A good understanding of TCM, AML and DPQ;
• Excellent client facing skills and faultless communication skills.

The company manages billions of pounds worth of assets in the UK alone have a global presence. There is a generous salary on offer in the region of £50,000-£65,000 pro rata (approx £500 a day) plus benefitsanddiscretionary bonus (up to 30%) and on offerfor the right Business Analyst.
