Diverse, challenging and progressive opportunity working for fast growth financial services business in Ipswich. Working closely with the Head of Change and a team of 3 Project focused specialists, your role will be to support projects and change requirements generated by the significant growth plans in place.

Overall Responsibilities
* Define business requirements and support business areas in line with Business Change programme
* Analyse performance of existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
* Day to day administration of Process Change and Control
* Communicate change status to all business stakeholders
* Provide link between Business and IT functions
* Perform general administration to support the Business Process Re-engineering function
* Support internal initiatives and projects to improve process and services
* Assist in the project management process for Defining, Measuring, Analysing, Improving and control processes

Skills required
* Understanding of Project Management lifecycle and methods - essential
* Process improvement methodology knowledge - ie Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
* Ability to analyse complex scenarios
* Creative thinker
* Knowledge of project office administration and the need for comprehensive documentation
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
* Strong numeracy and analysis skills
* Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint
