MANPOWER working with BT requires Service Management Advisors to answer incoming calls from business customers, checking and resolving faults, identifying solutions, including arranging engineer visits.

BT Training is provided to enable you to deliver our service to a very high standard; all you need to bring is the following:

* Proven skills in complaint handling and resolution
* Excellent Keyboard and PC skills, including navigation of system applications with data input
* Exceptional communication skills, driven by customers' needs and product belief
