Our client is a large local government organisation and is looking for a service delivery officer to join their team.  This is initially a 6 month contract however this may be extended for the right candidate.  The successful candidate will be expected to come on board and arrange packages to support users within the community.

To be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar role preferably within a public sector organisation and possess experience of analysing and validating data along with managing customer relationships.  Any issue of working within an Adult Social Care environment would be of great advantage.

You will be responsible for ensuring an excellent delivery of services by being the first point of contact and reference for all referrals and day-to-day issues within the Adult Social Care department and allocate new care packages to providers and if necessary re-commission packages of care to meet management objectives.
