We are currently recruiting a Brassiere Manager for a Beautiful vibrant Hotel in Plymouth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage and in delivering hospitality to the Hotels guests. The ideal candidate will be organized, an excellent communicator and a hands on manager. Experience working in high Quality restaurants and knowledge of food, wine and beverage is an advantage. You will have passion for hospitality and will deliver service with a smile. The role involves taking responsibility for the entire "Brassiere" operations (Including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner services). You will be required to ensure that all guest expectations are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for motivating the team, communicating with the kitchen and other departments, managing the restaurant ensuring that all standards are met with Attention to detail.
