Moving onto a further growth phase for the business, my client is seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and creative leader as their Brand Manager to mentoring and inspire the next generation of product managers and product developers in the team.

Job Description
This autonomous role will manage all elements including operational, sales & marketing and people power. Assemble, manage and lead an all-star marketing and products team. Enjoy the full support of our Marketing & Digital teams plus the freedom and directive to strengthen ties with fashion & beauty press.
You need to be able to think on the go, implement change quickly, take a strategic view on building the brand and most importantly be skincare, sales, people and results focused. You will have had previous multi-site experience with a retail fashion, skincare or lifestyle brand. You will also love style and design, value great skin and have the drive and enthusiasm to mastermind and manage our retail and brand activities.
You will require a Degree in Marketing or related discipline with at least 8 years solid experience within retail / beauty / cosmetic/ FMCG with at least 3 years in a managerial position. The ability to be a forward thinking leader with strategic direction is a perquisite for this position.
