Position

Due to continued growth my client is recruiting for an experienced Education Branch/Recruitment Manager to manage their London office. 

You will be required to manage an existing team of consultants within an Education branch, , taking the lead on generating sales activity and promoting a positive and professional approach to all tasks within this busy environment.

The sales expertise and management skills are paramount along with your passion and desire to live the values of the business and to succeed with your career aspirations.

Working within a team of enthusiastic consultants to deliver a quality service and exceed branch expectations.

Requirement

• A demonstrable track record of managing and developing a successful team, ideally within     the education sector but successful recruitment manager's will be considered, as training       will be provided.
• Be self-motivated, hard-working and committed to success.
• You will have excellent communication skills with a dedication to provide the best service to    all customers.
