BRANCH MANAGER - This leading Independent Travel Agency that is based in the Mid Counties are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their well-established team in Lydney. As a Branch Manager you will be motivating the team and providing excellent customer service. The successful Branch Manager will be rewarded a competitive salary plus excellent benefits

Branch Manager Duties -

- Assisting staff selling worldwide holidays
- Maximizing revenue on every booking through sales and up-selling
- To run the branch effectively and assist staff member with advice and training
- Provide exceptional customer service

Branch Manager skills -

- Be a great team player
- Previous experience within the Travel Industry is essential
- Previous experience as a manager, supervisor or team leader
- Excellent customer service skills
