Banking Branch Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £20,000 - £23,500 + competitive bonus package + benefits package

A Branch Manager opportunity has become available with a leading retail bank based in the Derby area. Our client, is one of the few financial institutions who has continued to flourish during the recession and has steadily strengthened its workforce during this period.

Job Role
To manage and lead the overall branch activities to achieve branch sales and service objectives, implementing effective direct and indirect sales strategies; to be active in raising the profile of the business in the locality
Set challenging sales performance standards, recognising good results and behavior whilst promoting a collaborative branch
Be highly adaptable, you will be confident in taking responsibility and accountability for decisions, with a drive to work towards sales and service targets
Know what other banks are offering in your town, creating and implementing plans to continually improve the customer experience in your branch
Understand and implement change successfully, translate strategy and vision into achievable goals for the branch and individuals
Address and manage under performance as soon as it is identified following company guidelines

Experience required
You will be a Banking Branch Manager currently. I am only accepting applications from experienced Bank / Building Society Branch Managers.
