Branch Manager Homecare Services
My client a leading provider in Social Care are now looking to recruit a Branch Manager for their Domiciliary Homecare Operation based in Tower Hamlets.
You will be responsible for the achievement of financial and quality targets for the Homecare Operation whilst ensuring compliance with the regulations and dictated by the Care Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage all aspects of a profit making business, in a commercial and professional manner in conjunction with Head of Homecare and the Executive Director.
- To be responsible for the day to day and long term management of the Homecare operation.
- To develop effective working communication with key individuals within the Homecare operation, ensuring regular supervision takes place as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain a high quality of care and service delivery, ensuring the good CSCI inspection reports are obtained and maintained.
- Have experience in complying care packages for children with Learning Disabilities
- To work closely with the Head of Homecare, and to provide cover for this role as required.
- To attain agreed levels of turnover and profitability via careful preparation of the annual operating budget.
