Job Description

• Reporting directly to the trading director.
• Maintain current business processes and systems, plan and implement procedures to maximise operating efficiency
• Monitor staff performance including appraisals, setting objectives and performance reviews
• Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity
• Maintain and develop key customer liaison and deliver customer care excellence
Implement, develop and manage operational plans

Person Specification

Experience of managing a business with a turnover of circa £6m
Experience in leading a team to a high level
Multi site management experience
High level of drive, energy and initiative, entrepreneurial, proactive, focused
Strong interest for BIS tool
Good ability to plan and anticipate
Ability to work in an operational/functional matrix organisation
Full driving license
Good ability to listen and communicate
