Job Description
My client, a well established building society are looking to bring on a Branch Manager to help lead a team.
Ensure personal sales of mortgage, investment and insurance products are inline with targets set
Make sure that customers are receiving suitable financial advice, or requesting info on regulated products and mortgages.
Ensure branch audits security and cash management requirements are adhered to
Employees are required to pay due regard to the interests of its customers and treat them fairly
You need to be able to have strong leadership skill and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external people. You must have a high respect for customer service and treating customers fairly. Ideally you will have Cemap.
